I loved every detail here, including staff and rooms, that were great. The room was brand-new with one bed and had central heating, a seating area and a writing table. They had an easy check-in. Very clean pool area too.

Cozy room, extremely comfy bed and pillows. Everything was good, but a few employees where not very friendly.

Fairly clean hotel, there were very good staff and rooms. Restaurant in property was good and the pool area was nice. Could use their great parking. We loved to have lunch at The Egg & i Restaurant, found it a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Absolutely spotless hotel, inviting rooms, optimal location. When we arrived, our Disability Access room was ready. Food was appetising & the bar was excellent.

Thorough staff, very well maintained building, exceptional rooms. Good slices of fresh bread, cheese and meats, overall the breakfast was more than adequate. Memorable view of sea. The hotel has fab location adjacent to the University, the hospital, campus.

Shame the bathroom was tight.

The staff was sympathetic, the room was absolutely gorgeous and the beds were cozy. Good area, suburban location. Breads, cheese and meats they served for breakfast were healthy. With speedy check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was practical.

Superb service, great value. Lovely building, spotless and large bedroom. Quiet garden and excellent pool. Magnificent sand beach was near the hotel.

Breakfast is efficient and also staff is exciting.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Lubbock. The continental breakfast was hot and warm, lots of options.

Their staff were not so helpful.

Huge, luxurious hotel with simply wonderful facilities. The private beach was near the property. Staff was super brilliant and the service was perfect.

Location was peaceful and I loved newly remodelled rooms. Absolutely superb view, a large balcony, large bed, too. Well-trained staff ensuring the great service and guest satisfaction. Besides, there was fine wifi, had no problem with it.

Beautiful staff and bright room, great value-to-price ratio compared to other options. Booked a room with outstanding views. Excellent breakfast, perfect service. Absolutely incredible location to united supermarkets arena.

I had a really really nice time and would stay here again. The hotel was clean and the staff were more than helpful. The room was nice new, well appointed & the decor there was modern. Really enjoyed a large enough bathroom. Based in a safe area.

Spotless hotel, absolutely brilliant personnel, superb breakfast. Room was big and featured climate control, microwave and WiFi. We were offered a friendly service here. The beach was idyllic.

Altogether it was high value for money though. I loved everything here, it was amazing. Room was pleasantly decorated and well heated too. Near the private beach.

immaculately clean property with flawless staff. air conditioning, flat screen cable tv and free tea in the room, secure location. the bed was great, so i had a brilliant stay.

Overall a very relaxing stay, good value for money. I loved the self service breakfast and the well-organised room. Lovely location, very close to a well-maintained garden. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was wonderful!

Cool location, heated pool, light rooms. Lots of supplies in the room : WiFi, coffee and cable television. A fantastic beach, excellent view. We appreciated The Egg & i Restaurant located not too far from the hotel, had dinner there. The building itself was new with a lovely garden.

Comfortable beds in the rooms. There was a nice bar on site.
